14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First-time subscribers to any paid plan are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase. No questions asked.

  • Applies to Growth and Scale plans
  • Must be your first paid subscription
  • Request must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • Refund processed to original payment method

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens:

  • Cancel anytime from your Settings page
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Your audit history and reports remain accessible

Starter Plan

The Starter plan is free and does not require payment. There are no refunds associated with free accounts.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period:

  1. Email us at support@uxlens.app
  2. Include your account email address
  3. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse of the service
  • Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
