14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
First-time subscribers to any paid plan are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase. No questions asked.
- Applies to Growth and Scale plans
- Must be your first paid subscription
- Request must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Refund processed to original payment method
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens:
- Cancel anytime from your Settings page
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time after the 14-day guarantee period
- Your audit history and reports remain accessible
Starter Plan
The Starter plan is free and does not require payment. There are no refunds associated with free accounts.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period:

- Include your account email address
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity or abuse of the service
- Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
